So when I went to the doctors and found out I was
pre diabetic I was so mad! Not at the doctor but at myself! Where had I gone, and what have I let happen to myself?? I knew it was time to get my but in gear and take control of my life again! I started up at MD diet! I really believe in their program and I keep telling myself I am not on a diet I am making a lifestyle change! I have also started reading the 17 day diet, but I am not sure about this one yet. I will win this battle you watch!
This all being said I really do miss some of my favorite "bad" foods! Don't get me wrong I love salad and white meat, but it is not the good for you foods I crave! The foods I crave most are .....

and the
carbs that I crave the most are......
